Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health New

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental healthcare and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to our short-term rehab and long-term care patients in skilled nursing.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule day shifts, no nights
• Facilities: you will work amongst several facilities in the area; you will round on one facility each day - locations are from West Palm Beach to Boynton
• Compensation: expected compensation is estimated salary range of $153,000 to $177,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options
