MID-LEVEL PROVIDER – PA or NP

Established, physician owned Family Practice seeking  Full-Time mid-level provider. We are looking for one special person who is warm, mature, able to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with coworkers and patients, and able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with extreme attention to detail. Experience with hormone optimization, age-management, restorative medicine and alternative care is preferred.

Job Duties:

• Performs physicals, pap and pelvic exams for routine health maintenance on adult men and women, and children over the age of 5years.
• Assesses diagnoses and creates a plan of care for many acute and common illnesses.
• Orders appropriate tests as indicated by history and physical examination.
• Consults and refers to physician when appropriate.
• Strives to attain a patient volume established by medical director.
• Completes dictations within a timely manner of seeing the patient and records appropriate data in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Develops a collegial working relationship with peers, physicians and staff, contributing suggestions for improving departmental and organizational operations.
• To maintain operations by following the “Office Rules, Policies and Procedures”, participating in staff and educational meetings and reporting needed changes.
• To perform other specified duties whenever assigned and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• To train new employees.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation for accredited NP or PA program
• Board Certification
• MINIMUM of 2 years’ experience
• Interest and or experience in Hormone Optimization preferred, age-management, restorative medicine and alternative care is preferred

Office Hours

Our medical practice is open for standard office hours. The work schedule is determined by the specific needs of the employer and workplace.
